Meanwhile on the Voov, Sherwood B. Funn mixed up a heady brew of Saturday morning cartoon themes (King Kong/Tom of T.H.U.M.B.), steel orchestras (Katzenjammers and Highlanders straight from T’n‘T) and electrolounge (Mr. Excitement). A steel orchestra (playing Byron Lee’s Jamaica Ska) also made it into the Ooh alongside Don Drummond and Sugar Dandy.
