Richfield couple Peter and Michele Borne are on a mission to unite communities along the Mississippi River through music and education. But before they set sail, they first need to resurrect a once-sunken luxury houseboat into a world-class recording studio. With a whole lot of help from their friends, Peter and Michele will soon bring “Joyful Noise” to river towns from St. Paul to New Orleans, and all points in between. KFAI’s James Napoli report.
