Imagine fleeing your home country amid turmoil and starting a new chapter in an unfamiliar place. That’s been the situation for many Afghan refugees in the Twin Cities.
But a new cultural resource center in Minneapolis is helping these individuals find their footing. KFAI’s Mike Moen visited the Afghan Cultural Society recently to learn more.
