Counter Stories will have it’s final airing on KFAI on Friday, December 27th, 1:30pm. Production for the program has been on indefinite hiatus following the passing of co-host Donald Eubanks. This last episode will be a rerun of the Celebration of Life for Mr. Eubanks.
Starting January 3rd, “Indigenous In The News”, a new half-hour program hosted by Larry Knudsen (who you may recognize from another syndicated program, “Indigenous in Music”) will move into the Friday 1:30pm time slot.
Also, Malistar’s final broadcast will be Sunday, December 29th, 6pm-8pm. KFAI wishes the very best for host, Amina Ahmed, as take time off to pursue higher education goals. Stay tuned for what’s up and coming to Sunday evenings; in the meantime, please enjoy previously aired broadcasts of Malistar.
