This week we observe the passing of saxophone great Red Holloway, as well as celebrate the re-issue, by local label Secret Stash, of a long forgotten album of mid-70's afro-beat by London-based African ex-pats Afro Funk. Also, a taste of the just issued compilation of Brooklyn/NYC funk & soul Original Raw Soul III.
