Versed Radio.

Hip hop with a fresh perspective.

Get Versed.

DJ Kary & DJ Lady Em bring you quality music from a broad background. Versed Radio is rooted in hip hop, from the early to the golden era to the current. However, it also explores genres that overlap with and contribute to hip hop, including R&B, neo-soul, dancehall, reggae, Latin, electronic and spoken word. We play recent releases from the Twin Cities, but also bring you national and international music.

Music. Culture. Lifestyle. Twin Cities to the world.

An internet-exclusive program pulling the best and the not-best of what you, the listeners, want everyone else to hear.

MinneCulture programs are part of KFAI's Legacy Project, which highlights Minnesota arts, culture, history and the environment. MinneCulture airs every Wednesday evening from 7:30 to 8pm.

The Morning Blend combines the resources of the station’s news and music programmers to create a blend of information and entertainment designed to help you start your day. Interviews, reports and excerpts from other programs on the KFAI schedule are included. You never know exactly what’s in store when you’re listening between 6-8 a.m. weekdays; we’re making it up as we go.
