Out of Minneapolis, Minnesota SynthWaves is a weekly web-cast featuring all new and relevant to the 80s revival synth scene. Exclusive music and interviews with artists and other players in the new 80s synth genre.

Your host, Noah Kaufmann aka Bennimushu has been following the scene for over 5 years and now brings you, the listener, on board for the journey. From original New 80s composers such as Miami NIghts 1984, Mitch Murder, 80s Stallone and Palm Highway Chase to new comers Betamaxx, Sellorekt/LA Dreams, Cougar Synth, Patrick Baker, Silent Gloves, Photosynthesi and many many more, Synthwaves is guaranteed to introduce you to some very talented original artists and sounds.

MinneCulture programs are part of KFAI’s Legacy Project, which highlights Minnesota arts, culture, history and the environment. MinneCulture airs every Wednesday evening from 7:30 to 8pm.

The Morning Blend

The Morning Blend combines the resources of the station’s news and music programmers to create a blend of information and entertainment designed to help you start your day. Interviews, reports and excerpts from other programs on the KFAI schedule are included. You never know exactly what’s in store when you’re listening between 6-8 a.m. weekdays; we’re making it up as we go.

This Way Out

On the air since April 1988, This Way Out is the multi-award-winning internationally distributed weekly LGBT radio news magazine. The program currently airs on more than 200 local community radio stations around the world.

Filipino American National News

The Filipino-American National News (FANN) is one of the only Filipino-American radio shows in the U.S. and airs every Sunday night from 9:00 – 9:30 p.m. Central Time on KFAI-Radio, 90.3 FM Minneapolis and 106.7 FM Saint Paul.
