Jessica Little has been the Hennepin County Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP) Coordinator for the past four years, connecting families with contracted community agencies that provide key connections to stable housing, medical care, job training and more. She has over 25 years of experience in human service, and 15 years with Hennepin County.
