Hmong Australian artist, Vanghoua Anthony Vue is in Saint Paul for the first of two visits for the Hmong Mural Project. In partnership with the MN Museum of American Arts (The M), Hmong Museum and Vanghoua, he will be installing 3 murals in Saint Paul in Septmber. The first will be a tape mural on the windows of The M; the second will be a spray painted mural on the 5th/Jackson parking ramp and the third is to be determined.
