The second ½ hour is dedicated to Paraguay: The music of the master harpist Félix Pérez Cardozo and the eminent guitarist and composer Agustín Barrios Mangoré. The last ½ hour of the program is dedicated to Argentina: The music of the harmonica virtuoso Hugo Díaz.
