I had two sets of guests today. First up was Dean Magraw and Jay Epstein, of Red Planet, who visited to talk about their upcoming CD Release party for Space Dust. Then I was joined by Adam Linz, Jazz Coordinator at MacPhail Center for Music (and bassist for Fat Kid Wednesdays), and Quentin Tschofen, pianist for this year’s Dakota Combo, a group of HS students who, through an open audition, work with Linz. Linz Tschofen were in the studio to talk about the Combo’s upcoming concert at MacPhail and other appearances this summer.
