You have an extremely powerful gift. It is your Gut Wisdom, your intuition, your inner sense of knowing. When we ignore our Gut Wisdom, we can feel muscle tension, bloating, nausea, and constipation. These are signs of energy blocks. We might feel numb, anxious, depressed, or confused without knowing why.

Kinshasha shares an in-depth interview with the author of the important book Gut Wisdom. Learn about yeast overgrowth, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut and constipation – the causes
and solutions to these problems.

Wellness Club

Rita Chairpairini joined Kinshasha in the studio to talk about wellness.

Rita has been a student of wellness since age 23 (62 now) when she was pregnant and picked up a book on nutrition. Until that moment she had no idea that changing her diet could change her health.

Rita’s health problems started in her teens. Although her parents took her to doctors she found no help there.

She has read hundreds of books about nutrition over the years and the last seven years or so have gotten into practicing yoga and meditation and spiritual health as well. We are what we eat. We are what we think.

For the last 20 years Rita has been a Real Estate agent. Rita leads a discussion once a month at my Keller Williams Real Estate office. I have taken some courses on Holistic Nutrition but most of what I know I just learned “organically” by being curious.
