Leading expert on the brain and health Dr. David Stussy (Dr. “D”) and “Keep Your Zest For Life, Dr. Zena Xanders (Dr. “Z”)talked about the connection between understanding our brain and good health.

Dr. Stussy has owned and managed one of the largest functional neurology, multi-doctor chiropractic clinics, Kenwood Chiropractic Arts, since 1981.

Dr. Zena Xanders, owner of “Keep The Zest For Life” is a doctor, health consultant and fitness enthusiast- a “Healthstylist” for the 21st century.

“Mother Clare Watts, Certified Midwife, Ordained Minister, Priest and author of the Book, Giving Birth to God”

Kinshasha shared a powerful hour of conversation with Mother Clare Watts. The conversation covers the history of religion, fear, death, reincarnation and living our best life.

Mother Clare Watts is an ordained Priest and Master Teacher in the Order of Christ-Sophia. She began her early training in the late 1970’s and was ordained a Minister-Deacon in 1984. She served as such in Kentucky and in Massachusetts, where she was ordained a Priest in 1996 and a Master Teacher in 2001, by Father Peter Bowes. Mother Clare wears purple robes, signifying her standing as a Master Teacher, which is equivalent to a Guru in the Eastern traditions.

Dr. Bruley also talked about the importance of Vitamin “D” in our diets, brightly colored vegetables and high quality sleep and exercise.

Dr. Bruly is a Medical Doctor and a Doctor of Chiropractic and Holistic Medicine. He holds the honor of being in the first graduating class at the Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota, in 1976. In addition to the Bruley Center, Rob has worked as a General Practitioner and an ER Physician for over 30 years.
