February 2015 Write On! Radio Archives

We speak with members of the Normandale Creative Writing Club, which produces The Paper Lantern, a literary journal featuring the work of Normandale's students. They review, select and edit work collectively before designing the publication. They also host reading events, discuss their own writing and challenge themselves with writing exercises. You can check out The Paper Lantern at http://www.thepaperlantern.org/journal.

We speak with Patrick Hicks about his new short story collection The Collector of Names. Patrick Hicks is also the author of The Commandant of Lubizec and seven volumes of poetry, including Adoptable and This London.

We speak with Sean Wilsey about his new book More Curious, a collection of essays about people and places that explores curiosity. He is also the author of the memoir Oh the Glory of it All and the co-editor of State by State: A Panoramic Portrait of America.
