Welcome to the KFAI Strategic Plan archive page, which contains notes, comments, and documents from the strategic planning process that took place in 2011 and resulted in the 2012-14 Strategic Plan. Please feel free to contact the board (board@kfai.org) and share your thoughts.

Note: this was an open meeting that was arranged by staff instead of the strategic planning workgroup. It had wide participation and generated many potential strategies and tactics for the station.
