*Feature Presentation* - *Red Shift*, by Cat Simril, is a surrealist story about the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama on Mars. Cat calls is A PolySci-Fi Religio-Comic Fantasy in Five Acts. It is quite silly, and very surreal, and features voices from the Firesign Theatre and from KFAI's own Shockwave show. *Selected Shorts* - *Hobson's Choice* by Carol Critchley. Written locally, and performed at the Rarig Center on the U of MN campus in 1997, at the Twin Cities Radio Theater Workshop. Part of a live broadcast on KUOM and KFAI and featuring all local writers, actors and musicians. An elder man talks to a piano player at the Mall, and is none too gentle about his assessment.
