This show was an odd collection of election songs, old interviews and speeches with the likes of Spiro Agnew (a real crook but at least an eloquent crook), Mayor Daley of Chicago and a passionate cry of 'James Brown for President' from Shredder.
Some great songs like 'Living On Credit' (if you know who sings this - let me know) and Tom T. Hall's funny and seemingly prophetic 'The Monkey That Became President' mixed in with some jazz tunes like 'Pagin The Devil' and Here Comes The Man With The Jive'.
Like Patrick Henry once said: I may not agree with what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it.
