2/17/2013 Sound Affects: A Radio Playground

Feature Presentation - The Spontoon Islands are an archipelago in the South Pacific circa 1938.  The Spontoon website is inhabited by funny animal cartoons and seaplanes.  Cartoonists from all over the world contribute comic strips and stories.  E. O. Costello contributes radio scripts that reflect the time, the place, and the attitude.  A mashup of Old Time Radio and the Sunday comics.  This script is one of his, and was produced here at KFAI community radio, featuring voices of local actors.
