We speak with Anthony Arnove, editor of Howard Zinn Speaks: Collected Speeches 1963 to 2009. An author, editor, and activist, he has written two books with the late and legendary historian Howard Zinn – Voices of a People’s History of the United States, the companion to Zinn's classic book, A People's History of the United States, and Terrorism and War, a collection of interviews with Zinn. He is also the author of Iraq Under Siege and Iraq: The Logic of Withdrawal as well as the producer/director of the documentary The People Speak.
We also speak with Thomas Maltman about his new book Little Wolves, a folk-lore infused mystery set on the Minnesota prairie in the late 1980s. He is also the award-winning author of The Night Birds.
