Feature Presentation - The conclusion of The Case of the Calico Lobster, from the Cape Cod Radio Mystery Theater. Captain Waverly Underhill is engaged to help return a blue lobster to it's owner. It started as a kind of twisted prank, but a twisted mobster gets involved, and the former policeman has a lot to straighten out. In this conclusion, the lobster comes home, and now the mobster has to be taken care of. Captain Underhill has a rather twisted way of doing it. Written and directed by Steven Oney. And then we'll go back to 1951 for a story from the hard-boiled history of Harry Nile. Jim French Productions in Washington offers us The Case of the Baffled Ballerina. It's a case of manslaughter and blackmail with Harry to the rescue, we hope. More at www.harrynile.com.
