C'est le 14 juillet!   For tonight's program, we celebrate July 14, or Bastille Day, which marks the storming of the Bastille and the beginning of the French Revolution in 1789.  Louise and Caryl will play the national anthem, la Marseillaise, in several versions.  We will also play music of the period and share memories of our experiencess in France on July 14.  

We will also give announcements, such as those of French films currently playing in the Twin Cities, and especially, announcements of the celebration of le 14 juillet  by the Alliance Française which will be held at the Sofitel Hotel at highways 100 and 494 in Edina.
