7/1/2012 Sound Affects: A Radio Playground

Feature Presentation - We have a talk with the production team at Otherworld Media, Judith Walcutt and David Ossman.  Judith has done a lot of work in children's media, and we'll play an excerpt from their production of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, which won an Ogle Award, among others. David is a writer and director, and a founding member of the Firesign Theatre.  We'll play a bit of a work he adapted by Ray Bradbury, called "It Burns Me Up!", and performed at the International Mystery Writers' Festival 2008.  And we talk about the Mark Time Awards 15th Annual Presentation taking place this week in Bloomington, MN, at Convergence.
