Dale Carpenter, Earl R. Larson Professor of Civil Rights an Civil Liberties Law at the University of Minnesota, speaks about his latest book, Flagrant Conduct: The Story of Lawrence v. Texas: How a Bedroom Arrest Decriminalized Gay Americans (W. W. Norton & Company, 2012).
Profiled are Jessica Englund, Brandon Gil, and Helen Paillé, three recipients of OutFront Minnesota's 25 Under 25. Ms. Englund, Mr. Gil, and Ms. Paillé just graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, and actively worked on the schools Out!Law organization to benefit GLBT students and issues throughout the school.
