Just in time for your holiday parties, Chef Pierre Rabbia is a guest on tonight's program to speak of the beautiful new restaurant, Technique, which opened this year. Chef Pierre is a teaching chef at the Cordon Bleu (Blue Ribbon) school. The original school started in Paris and is still operating to teach the skills of fine dining. Their branch here in Mendota Heights features a modern, light-filled restaurant open for lunch and dinner from Tuesdays through Fridays. All food preparation and serving is done by students. Food is very high quality and a bargain for this quality.
Chef Pierre will be on at the beginning of the program at 8:00 PM and will speak of the fine food prepared there and the possibilities for local students to study at the prestigious school.
