Barbara Redmond and Arnaud de Rambures are guests on tonight's program. Barbara, a noted designer, watercolorist of Paris and blogger(www.awomansparis) describes her descent into the lower level of the famous Poilâne Bakery to view the 17th century ovens still in use.

Arnaud, a rising young (25) baker and pâtissier opened his first bakery in Maple Grove in November and now has opened the second Chez Arnaud in White Bear Lake. He speaks of importing special ovens from France, his successful search for local flour, butter and seasonal fruits to make French bread and pastries that have the authentic French taste.
