Thanks to Jon Manners for stopping by the studio today. Jon performed live, we chatted, and also played a couple of tracks from his new CD "Rock-A-Day-Johnny". Jon and I were at Syracuse University at the same time, but didn't know each other back in the day. Of course, there are over 20,000 students on that beautiful campus.

Lots of new music this week...New releases included River Rouge, Ry Cooder, Stever Gerard & The National Debonaires, C.J. Chenier, Trombone Shorty, Julius Pittman & The Revival, Michael O'Connor, Robert Earl Keen, and Tom Russell.
