4/22/2011 Louisiana Rhythms
Karl starts with Reggae influenced tracks and moves into a bunch of Jeffery Broussard and Zydeco Force in honor of Jeffery coming north last week and playing the Blues Saloon. Then we play the long lost Marce Lacoutoure CD and some Nouveau String Band. Then it's some fine Cajun and then into mini sets by Clifton Chenier and Boozoo Chavis, a little honly tonkin' Cajun and we finish up with a little Gospel.
