Offenders in Treatment Seek Same Sex Marriage

Two residents at the Minnesota Sex-Offender Program in Moose Lake are seeking a same-sex marriage. Moose Lake is a secure treatment facility – the people there are technically not in prison, but they’re not allowed to leave without supervision.
As a result, the Minnesota Department of Human Services has had to formulate some new policies. KFAI’s Rico Morales has a report.
