Cedar Riverside Relief Efforts

The Cedar Riverside Youth Council organized a clothing and food drive for victims of the recent apartment fire in that Minneapolis neighborhood.
Organizers collected jackets, gloves, scarves, sweaters, socks, shirts and shoes, along with traditional East African scarves and hijabs.  For more information, contact the Cedar Riverside Youth Council.

Cash contributions can be made through the Pillsbury United Communities and the Brian Coyle Center.  The center is at 420 15th Avenue South in Minneapolis. Checks should be made out to “Pillsbury United Communities” or financial contributions can be made online. Note “Cedar-Riverside Fire Disaster Relief” on all donations.
