This week marks the 50th anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech. The March is widely credited for helping to pass the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Among the 250,000 people who marched for jobs and freedom were 58 Minnesotans.
