Mary Jo McGuire Seeks Ramsey County Board Seat

One of the county races we’re watching this election year is in the northern St. Paul suburbs, where former state legislator Mary Jo Maguire is running for the county board against former bar owner and talk radio host Sue Jeffers.  McGuire talked with KFAI's  Amanda Obuegi about the difficult balancing act faced by county commissioners - controlling property taxes while providing the services people want.
