Hennepin County is making an official pedestrian plan. You may ask yourself – what is that? What aspect of being a pedestrian requires planning? We put that question to Rose Ryan, a pedestrian and bicycle planner for Hennepin County, and Gail Dorfman, a member of the Hennepin County Board. They're involved in an effort to develop a pedestrian plan for Hennepin County in 2013.
