Jerry Leiber, half of one of the greatest American songwriting teams, recently passed away. Along with his writing partner Mike Stoller, he was responsible for some of the most popular and enduring songs of the 20th century. Their songs were recorded by some of the biggest names in pop music, and became hits for Elvis Presley, Peggy Lee, the Drifters, and the Coasters just to name a few.
Tune in this Monday, August 29 from 2-6 p.m., as Rockin' In Rhythm and Bop Street present four rockin' hours of the music of Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller.
