
A tribute to songwriter Jerry Leiber, Monday, August 29 on Rockin in Rhythm and Bop Street

Monday, August 29 Rockin' in Rhythm host David Cummings and Pete Lee, host of Bop Street will be devoting both their shows to the music of Leiber & Stoller.
Jerry Leiber, half of one of the greatest American songwriting teams, recently passed away. Along with his writing partner Mike Stoller, he was responsible for some of the most popular and enduring songs of the 20th century. Their songs were recorded by some of the biggest names in pop music, and became hits for Elvis Presley, Peggy Lee, the Drifters, and the Coasters just to name a few.
Tune in this Monday, August 29 from 2-6 p.m., as Rockin' In Rhythm and Bop Street present four rockin' hours of the music of Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller.
