Movie Talk Broadcasts Its Last Show Thursday

June 2, 2010
Erik McClanahan and Peter Schilling are your hosts this week, for the last episode of Movie Talk. We have a great show! We talk with Take-Up Productions' Barry Kryshka, about their summer movie line-up, including the Cary Grant series at the Heights Theatre, Steven Spielberg, Newspaper Movies (including Citizen Kane on 35mm), and Jack Nicholson's 70s movies at the Trylon microcinema.
We examine the movies showing at this week's Sound Unseen International Film Festival in Duluth, including the new Low Movie by Phil Harder. Erik and Peter will close out the show with our picks for the best films of the summer, including Christopher Nolan's Inception, and Singin' in the Rain on the big screen! It all takes place Thursday at 6:00 p.m. on KFAI.
Jim Brunzell, Erik and Peter would like to thank all our listeners over the years. But be sure to check out our future segments on KFAI Weekly News starting in July!
