
Gangs within the Pipeline to Prison

Elizabeth Huncovsky of Minneapolis focuses on a system called the pipeline to prison. This system explains why men of color are more likely to be incarcerated, involved with violence, and belong to a gang. Elizabeth's interviews with a Latino teen advocacy counselor, an ex-gang member, and community leaders will reveal the intricacies of the systems in Minneapolis that cause men of color to be pipelined.
