Minnesota's 3rd Congressional District Seat Open

Veteran Congressman Jim Ramstad is retiring from his position this year as the representative for Minnesota's 3rd Congressional District. With this open seat and the nearly even split of political views among the 3rd District voters, the race between Republican candidate Erik Paulson and DFL candidate Ashwin Madia is said to be one to watch this year.
