
Leonid Hurwicz Dies

University of Minnesota economics professor and Nobel prize winner Leonid Hurwicz died on June 24, 2008. He was 90 years old. In one of his last interviews, he talked to KFAI's Benno Groeneveld about how he came to study economics, how he came to the United States, and about two of his theories: mechanism design and game theory.
