
Rep. Hausman Speaks for DFL Following Governor's Vetoes

On April 7th, Governor Tim Pawlenty issued his line-item vetoes to the state's public works bill. They hit the capitol city particularly hard, as St. Paul fell victim to 60 percent of the governor's spending cuts. Governor Pawlenty included the Central Corridor Light Rail Line as part of his cuts, which many Minnesotans in the Metropolitan area considered a done deal. KFAI's Tom Lisi spoke to DFL State Representative Alice Hausman this afternoon about the reaction to Pawlebty's veto pen.
