Permits for RNC Protesters

Protesters from March on the RNC and Stop the War recently held a press conference in front of St. Paul's City Hall complex in recognition of the fact that their request for permits still hasn't been granted by the city. Currently, they've been issued a permit to rally on the State Capitol rotunda, but that wouldn't allow for their planned march to the Xcel Energy Center.
