
American Refugee Committee: Liberia

Liberia has endured fourteen years of civil war and is finally beginning to return to normalcy. Minneapolis-based American Refugee Committee helped create the program 'Though Our Eyes' to confront and film the delicate issues surrounding Liberia. KFAI's Allison Herrera talked to Albert D. Pyne, one of ARC-Liberia's video team leaders in Monrovia by phone to see how this project has affected the communities he has worked with.
