
Suspicious Disease at Quality Pork Processing Plant

The Minnesota State Department of Health is investigating a mysterious neurological illness among workers at a pork processing plant in Austin Minnesota. In the past year, eleven employees at Quality Pork Processing, the lead distributor to Hormel Foods, have come forward with signs of a chronic inflammatory disorder called CIDP.
Health officials say they will provide updates as new information about the illness becomes available.
