November 14, 2007
Neighbors Against the Burner recently held a public meeting to provide residents of the Twin Cities more information about the hazards of building a Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) incinerator to generate energy for the Rock-Tenn paper recycling plant at Hwy 94 and Cretin Avenue.
