Film: Encounter Point Screening at the U of M

October 1, 2007
KFAI's Jacob McKnite interviewed director Ronit Avni about the 2006 documentary film Encounter Point, which documents the challenges and hopes of Israeli-Palestinian civilian partnerships for peace. Encounter Point is a project of Just Vision, a non-profit that widens the influence of Palestinian and Israeli grassroots peace builders. The organization has been following the stories of ordinary people who feel driven to work for an end to bloodshed and occupation in favor of peace. Avni is the Founder and Executive Director.
The University of Minnesota Law School held a screening of the film on September 25th. For more information about the documentary, visit the movie's website.
