Rush Hour Update

Since the 35W bridge collapsed in Minneapolis on Wednesday evening, transportation agencies have had to re-route traffic so commuters can get to work. State officials anticipated that Monday would be an especially difficult traffic day, but were surprised at how uneventful rush hour turned out to be.
