Carrie Rodriguez on Womenfolk 4/8!

April 3, 2007
Tune in to Womenfolk this Sunday, April 8th at 1 p.m. as Carrie Rodriguez talks with host Ellen Stanley live on Womenfolk! The Austin-based singer/fiddler/songwriter has been taking the Americana scene by storm and has been keeping some pretty sweet company, touring and recording with the legendary Chip Taylor. On April 11th, she comes to play the State Theater, opening for Lucinda Williams. Carrie will talk about that show and her new solo album Seven Angels on a Bicycle.
In the second hour of the show, tune in for a live in-studio appearance by the Twin Cities' own Ellis, who will be talking about her show on April 14th at the First Universalist Church. Hope you can tune in for all the fun or catch it on the newly restored program archives!
