It’s going to be a busy afternoon on KFAI’s Freewheelin this Wednesday, January 18 (2:00-4:00) as host Jackson Buck will be presenting interviews with GARLAND JEFFREYS and PAUL CEBAR.

Right now Womenfolk is working on putting together the highlights of this past year, and we want to hear from you! Email us your favorite women’s folk and acoustic releases of the past year, and we’ll feature the top vote getters on January 10th at 2 pm.

On this weeks True Brit! ( Fridays at midnight ) host Simon Husbands will be talking to author Steve Boman about his new book, FILM SCHOOL, and finding out what music makes up the soundtrack to Steve’s life. Steve has a fascinating true story about himself to tell – about a family guy dealing with family issues, work issues and not getting any younger.

KFAI invites you to “Celebration On The West Bank,” our New Year’s Eve celebration, Saturday, December 31st at the Acadia Cafe, 329 Cedar Ave, the corner of Cedar and Riverside in Minneapolis.
