The Sugar Shop goes live on Friday, April 13th from 4-6 pm with the 8th annual Sweet on School Dance in Support of Public Education.

Please join hosts Lolly & Lily Obeda at Hiawatha Community School, 4201 42nd Avenue South in Minneapolis, or here on the airwaves of KFAI for a celebration all things good about school.

Do you recall the Boogeyman? The monsters under the bed? The crying woman who would ‘get you’ if you misbehaved? All legends, fantastical creatures and wonders are embedded in culture and society.

Thank you to everyone who supported KFAI during our spring pledge drive – through time, food, resources, and the amazing 1,018 people who gave over $75,700 by the end of Friday.

If you missed the drive, you can still contribute to help us reach $90,300 this spring!
