Larry Englund, host of KFAI’s “Rhythm & Grooves” is presenting Brass Bash, a benefit concert for KFAI. The event takes place this coming Sunday, December 1st. It’s an early show; starts at 6:30 pm. Please help spread the word and invite all your friends. All proceeds benefit KFAI.

KFAI’s Brass Bash is a celebration of brass instruments, as three groups take the Hall stage at Amsterdam Bar and Hall in downtown Saint Paul.

The Minneapolis Public School District is looking to its alumni for support.  The goal is to encourage a direct and personal kind of involvement with today's students and the district as a whole.   Towards that end, the nonprofit organization Achieve Minneapolis has established the Minneapolis Alumni Connection.
