William talked about the 13th Annual Hmong National Conference (HNC) taking place in Denver, CO on March 28-31, 2008. HNC is the only conference that focuses solely on issues that directly affect the Hmong community bringing together Hmong professionals and college students from all over the country for dialogue, strategies and networking.
