Bruce Feiler calls in to talk about his newest book, The Council of Dads: My Daughters, My Illness, and the Men Who Could Be Me. Bruce Feiler is also the author of the acclaimed books Where God Was Born: A Daring Adventure through the Bible’s Greatest Stories, Abraham: A Journey to the Father of Three Faiths, and Walking the Bible, which was also made into a PBS documentary.
In the second half of our show, youth poets Sol Ras and Kennedy Cane from Quest for the Voice are in the studio to talk about their upcoming fundraisers to support the team as it heads for the Nationals in July. Ruth Stevens will also be on hand to talk about Quest for the Voice, a program that celebrates youth voice, leadership and empowerment.
